Hiring the right contractor was the most important aspect of this process if we wanted everything to turn out perfect. We were pleasantly surprised at Matt’s attention to detail, Matt is a perfectionist, and he likes everything done the right way. This is what we had hoped for as this is hopefully our forever dream house. Additionally, and equally important to make the whole processb less stressful was that Matt from Memar was always available to answer our questions, listened to our concerns, advised us very well, and brainstormed with us to look for the best most beautiful options for our home. But the BEST of ALL is that Memar tore down a horrific looking run-down house and turned it into a gorgeous looking home and in
the TIME frame they promised!!! Which seems to be unheard of! Everyone we spoke to when we embarked in this adventure warned us, that if the contractor said 30 days, it meant 60 or more! This was our greatest fear. So, we did our due diligence, interviewed many contractors, but from the very beginning Matt’s calm demeanor indicated he would be the best option, and he was. It was not a decision we took lightly as entrusting such a big project to someone not knowing them is nerve-wracking. Thankfully, we chose well.
