Depending on the scope of the project, most contractors will come in after you have obtained plans approved by the city from an architect and engineer. Since we are a full-service remodeling company, we can help you obtain plans, get approval and secure permits. It takes about 1-2 weeks after the initial consultation to receive an estimate.

We are a full-service construction/remodeling company and we will be taking care of getting all of the permits that you need for your construction project.

It depends on the scope of work. Once you have consulted with one of our project managers, we can give you a better overview of the timelines.

After the contract is signed and we have all the details, our crew can start 7-10 days after signing the contract.

Payment will be expected at various points during the project. And will be spelled out clearly in the contract to avoid surprises
