Depending on the scope of the project, most contractors will come in after you have obtained plans approved by the city from an architect and engineer. Since we are a full-service remodeling company, we can help you obtain plans, get approval and secure permits. If your project doesn’t require structural work, we can get started after you have approved our estimate. Give us a call to set up a free consultation!
It takes about 1-2 weeks after the initial consultation to receive an estimate.

We are a full-service construction/remodeling company and we will be taking care of getting all of the permits that you need for your construction project.

After the contract is signed and we have all the details, our crew can start 7-10 days after signing the contract.
Payment will be expected at various points during the project. And will be spelled out clearly in the contract to avoid surprises
